In Cyprus the summers are usually quite hot, but the
winter nights can be chilly. Therefore we are providing
full hot and cold air conditioning as standard. These
are usually available only as optional extras. And
for your conveniance and relaxation we will also install
a Hot Spring Dreammaker jacuzzi free of charge in
the garden areas of the three villas. All villas and
houses will be of timber framed construction. This
will offer many advantages over the "traditional"
method of concrete frame structures with brick walls:
Timber framed buildings are designed not to fracture,
crack or even collapse. The design, especially for
the inside, is more flexible and can be adapted to
the customer's requirements and preferences. Last
but not least the usage of timber technology is more
environmentally friendly, because the far better insulation
properties significantly reduce the costs for heating
in the winter and air conditioning in the summer.
This technology is relatively new in Cyprus, but it
has already been proved in Australia, North America
and Scandinavia that it is perfectly suited for areas
with extreme weather conditions.
